The public is invited to a town hall meeting being held by Joanna Warrens, candidate for Supervisor District 4, Butte County at the Durham Veterans Hall in the front meeting room. Ms. Warrens will outline her reasons for running and answer questions. Joanna is deeply concerned about the plight of seniors who live in trailer home parks and their recent rent increases. As well, she wants to fully fund and assist those with mental disability and those with substance abuse issues. Her stand on the homeless population of Butte County will help provide short and long term shelter. Joanna and her husband Wade live in Durham and operate a walnut orchard. Ballots arrive February 5th, 2024.
